摘要：癌症是威胁人类健康的主要疾病,研发抗癌新药、阐明药物抗癌分子机制是临床治疗癌症和改善患者预后的有效策略。中草药及其有效成分在治疗癌症和改善癌症患者预后等方面突显优势,并取得了很大进展。冬凌草甲素是从唇形科香茶菜属植物中提取的一种二萜类天然化合物,具有良好的抗癌活性,并可通过多种机制实现抗癌作用。总结近5年国内外文献,从肿瘤细胞增殖、细胞凋亡、肿瘤侵袭和转移、联合放化疗的增效减毒作用、多药耐药性、肿瘤细胞信号转导通路6个方面对冬凌草甲素抗肿瘤作用及其分子调控机制进行综述,为研发临床新型靶向抗癌药物奠定理论基础和提供科学依据。
Cancer is a major disease that threatens human health.Developing new anticancer drugs and elucidating anticancer molecular mechanism are effective strategies to treat cancer and improve the prognosis of patients.Chinese herbal medicine and its active ingredients have outstanding advantages on treating cancer and improving the prognosis of cancer patients,and have made great progress.Oridonin is a diterpenoid natural compound extracted from Rabdosia of Labiatae.It has good anti-tumor activity and can be realized through a variety of mechanisms.This paper summarized domestic and foreign literature in recent 5 years.The antitumor effect and its molecular regulatory mechanism of oridonin were reviewed from six aspects,including proliferation,apoptosis,tumor invasion and metastasis,synergistic and attenuated effects of combined chemoradiotherapy,multi-drug resistance,and tumor cell signal transduction pathway.It would lay a theoretical foundation and provide scientific basis for the research and development of new clinical targeted anticancer drugs.
