摘要：目的评价综合护理干预育龄妇女慢性盆腔炎的临床疗效。方法检索PubMed、Embase、Cochrane图书馆、CNKI中国知网数据库、中国生物医学文献数据库2010-2018年国内外公开发表的有关综合护理干预盆腔炎的临床试验。采用RevMan5.3软件对符合纳入标准的9篇文献进行统计分析,选择盆腔炎的疗效作为效应指标进行估计同质性检验和合并效应量。结果经meta分析显示,综合干预措施护理育龄妇女慢性盆腔炎总有效率优于一般护理,差异有统计学意义[比值比(OR)6.08,95%置信区间(CI)3.74~9.87,Z=7.28,P<0.00001]。结论综合护理措施护理育龄妇女慢性盆腔炎患者具有较好的临床疗效,后期应纳入高质量的大样本文献进一步验证。
Objective To evaluate the clinical effect of comprehensive nursing intervention on chronic pelvic inflammation in women of reproductive age.Methods To search for PubMed,Embase,Cochrane library,CNKI China HowNet Data Control,China Biomedical Literature Database 2010-2018 published at home and abroad about the clinical trial of comprehensive nursing intervention for pelvic inflammation analyzed.RevMan 5.3 software was used to analyze 9 documents that met the inclusion criteria.The efficacy of pelvic inflammation was selected as an effect index to estimate homogeneity test and combined effect quantity.Results Meta analysis showed that the overall effective rate of chronic pelvic infection in women of reproductive age was better than that in general nursing,with statistically significant difference(OR=6.08,95%confidence interval was 3.74-9.87,Z=7.28,P<0.000 01).Conclusion Comprehensive nursing measures to care for women of childbearing age with chronic pelvic inflammatory disease patients has a good clinical effect,and should be included in the high quality of large sample literature for further verification in the future.
