摘要:研究肥药伴侣对岷归药材重金属元素含量的影响。采用微波消除法处理样品,电感耦合等离子体发射光谱-质谱法(ICP-MS)测定当归中铬(Cr)、铜(Cu)、砷(As)、镉(Cd)、铅(Pb)等5种重金属元素含量。结果显示,5种重金属元素线性关系良好,相关系数均大于0.999 0,精密度、重复性良好,回收率在98.8%~108.2%。各处理组的重金属元素含量均低于空白对照组,其中复合组效果明显,Cr、Cu、As、Cd、Pb各重金属元素平均含有量分别为7.700 mg/kg、8.826 mg/kg、0.430 mg/kg、0.021 mg/kg、0.549 mg/kg。肥药伴侣与普通的化学肥料相比,能够降低岷归药材中的重金属元素含量,具有一定的推广应用价值。
To study the effects of"the companion Fertilizer and pesticideon" on the heavy metal content in Angelica sinensis from Min county. The samples were treated by microwave elimination method. The contents of five metal elements such as Cr,Cu,As,Cd and Pb in Angelica sinensis from Min county were determined by(ICP-MS).The linear relationship of the five elements was good,and the correlation coefficient was greater than 0.999 0. The precision and repeatability were good,and the recovery rates were 98.8%~108.2%. The content of heavy metals in each treatment group was lower than that in the blank control group,and the effect of the composite group was obvious. The average content of each heavy metal Cr was 7.700 mg·kg-1,Cu wa s8.826 mg·kg-1,As was 0.430 mg·kg-1,and Cd was 0.021 mg·kg-1 and Pb was 0.549 mg·kg-1. Compared with common chemical fertilizers,the companion fertilizer and pesticideon can reduce the heavy metal content in Angelica sinensis from Min county and has certain promotion and application value.
