摘要：目的观察消痤养颜颗粒剂对去睾丸雄鼠和去卵巢雌鼠精囊、前列腺、子宫重量的影响,并探讨其治疗痤疮的作用机制。方法选用Wistar大鼠60只,雌雄各半。雄鼠去睾丸,雌鼠去卵巢,按随机数字表法分为5组。雄鼠组分别给予生理盐水、丙酸睾丸酮、丙酸睾丸酮加消痤养颜颗粒高、中、低剂量;雌鼠组分别给予生理盐水、戊酸雌二醇及消痤养颜颗粒高、中、低剂量。连续给药15 d后,称取雄鼠及雌鼠精囊、前列腺、子宫重量。结果雄鼠组与丙酸睾酮组相比,中药各剂量组精囊和前列腺重量均减轻(P<0.05);雌鼠组与生理盐水组比较,中药高、中剂量组小鼠子宫重量明显增加(P<0.05)。结论消痤养颜颗粒具有明显对抗雄激素及雌激素样活性,其治疗痤疮是通过调节体内激素水平来实现的。
Objective To explore the mechanism of acne-eliminating cosmetic granule by observing the weight differences of rats＇ spermatophores, prostates and uteruses under the intervention of acneeliminating cosmetic granule. Methods 30 male and 30 female Wistar rats were randomly divided into 5 subgroups each. Castrate the males and spay the females. The 5 male groups were given saline, testosterone propionate, testosterone propionate overlapped with large, middle and small dose of acneeliminating cosmetic granule. Meanwhile, the 5 female groups were given saline, estradiol valerate, large, middle and smaU dose of ache-eliminating cosmetic granule. After 15 days, the spermatophores and prostates in the male groups and uteruses in the female groups were weighted. Results The weights of spermatophores and prostates in the testosterone propionate overlapped with each dose of ache-eliminating cosmetic granule group was prominently lower than those in the estradiol valerate group （P 〈 0.05）. The weights of uteruses in the large or medium dose of acne-eliminating cosmetic granule group was prominently higher than those in the saline group （P 〈0.05）. Conclusion The acne-eliminating cosmetic granule has obvious antiandrogen and estrogen-like effects, and it treats ache by adjusting the hormone level in the body.
