摘要：目的建立甘肃不同产地黄管秦艽的紫外光谱鉴别方法。方法采用紫外光谱结合主成分分析法对不同产地黄管秦艽指纹图谱进行分析比较。结果不同产地黄管秦艽紫外指纹图谱具有指纹特性;主成分分析得分图反映出不同产地黄管秦艽对营养成分的积累具有差异,可以区分不同地黄管秦艽。结论紫外谱线组法简便、准确、灵敏,可用于鉴别区分不同产地黄管秦艽药材。
Objective To establish a rapid method for distinguishing Gentiana officinalis H. Smith from different areas of Gansu Province. Methods In this study, the ultraviolet spectroscopy combined with principal component analysis was used to analytic comparison fingerprint of Gentiana officinalis H. Smith. from areas of Gansu province. Results UV fingerprint spectra different ar- eas of Gansu Province had fingerprint features. The score plots of principal component analysis reflected the difference of the accu- mulation of nutritional constituents among different samples, which could be used to distinguish Gentiana officinalis H. Smith. from different areas. Conclusion The method is simple, accurate and sensitive, and can be used to distinguish and identify Gentiana officinalis H. Smith. from different areas of Gansu Provicne.
