摘要：敦煌石窟发现的《灸经图》是我国现存最古老的灸经图谱,在灸法上重灸和补阳特色明显,其记载的灸方临床实用价值极高,成为各医家研究的重点,文章重点通过整理分析《灸经图》中与灸疗类风湿关节炎(RA)相关的大椎至十三椎节穴区、髓孔、风市、手腕节、膊井5个穴区、穴位,并结合历代文献认识和现代临床应用对敦煌医学治疗RA独特的选穴理念进行探讨,以期为治疗RA提供新的理论依据,并在临床推广应用。
The Jiujng Tu found in Dunhuang Grottoes is the oldest existing moxibustion classic map in China.In the moxibustion method,the characteristics of heavy moxibustion and tonifying yang are obvious.The recorded moxibustion prescription has high clinical practical value,which has become the focus of medical research.This paper focused on the analysis of the Jiujng Tu and moxibustion treatment of rheumatoid arthritis(RA)related to the da-zhui to 13th vertebral section hole area,sui-kong acupoint,feng-shi acupoint,shou-wan-jie acupoint,bo-jing acupoint,and combining literature awareness and modern clinical application of Dunhuang medical treatment RA unique choose acupuncture point concept carries on the discussion,in order to provide new theoretical basis for treatment of RA,and in the clinical application.
