摘要：目的:观察颊针及五虎穴缪刺配合动气针法治疗拇长屈肌腱腱鞘炎的临床疗效。方法:将60例患者随机分为治疗组(30例)和对照组(30例),治疗组采用颊针及五虎穴缪刺配合动气针法(患侧颊针"手"穴,健侧董氏奇穴五虎1、五虎2、五虎3,直刺得气后捻转操作1 min,配合患者运动患侧拇指)治疗,对照组采用病变局部围刺法,隔日治疗1次,5次为1个疗程,1个疗程后评定疗效。结果:疼痛视觉模拟评分(VAS)示两组首次治疗后及1个疗程结束时疼痛值均较治疗前明显降低(均P<0.05),且治疗组VAS评分较对照组降低尤为明显(P<0.05)。治疗组总有效率达93.33%,对照组为70.00%,治疗组疗效明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:颊针及五虎穴配合治疗拇长屈肌腱腱鞘炎疗效显著,值得推广应用。
Objective： To observe the clinical curative efficacy of the combination of cheek acupuncture,five- tiger point contralateral- needling and kinesitherapy on thumb- flexor tenosynoitis. Methods： Sixty cases of thumb- flexor tenosynoitis disease were randomly divided into treatment group（ 30 cases） and control group（ 30 cases）. The combination of cheek acupuncture,five- tiger point contralateral- needling and kinesitherapy（ selected the hand point of cheek acupuncture on affected side. Five- tiger One,Five- tiger Two and Five- tiger Three of Dong singular acupoints on healthy side. All acupoints were vertically stabilized. When the Qi arriving,twisted operations were used for one minute and we asked patients to move their thumb on affected side at the same time） was used for the treatment group and local pathological surrounding needling for the control group. Once every other day,five times made one course. After one course of treatment,the therapeutic effects were evaluated. Results： After the initial treatment and 1 course of treatment,the VAS scores were obviously reduced in both groups（ all P〈0.05） and the VAS scores in treatment group reduced more obviously than those in control group（ P〈0.05）. The total effective rate was 93. 33% in treatment group which was superior to 70. 00% in control group（ P〈0.05）. Conclusion： The therapeutic effect of the combination of cheek acupuncture and five- tiger point treatment of thumb- flexor tenosynoitis is remarkable and should be widely promoted and applied.
