摘要：目的:观察延经丸对围绝经期大鼠子宫系数、子宫微循环及血清雌激素(E2)、卵泡刺激素(FSH)和黄体生成素(LH)含量的变化,验证经验方"延经丸"调节围绝经期神经内分泌的作用。方法:采用18月龄自然衰老大鼠,随机分为4组:正常组、乙烯雌酚组、延经丸高剂量组、延经丸低剂量组。青年组大鼠作为对照组。各组给予相应剂量的药物灌胃处理,连续21天。于末次给药后2h取血,测定给药前后血清中性激素含量;用医学图像分析系统观察子宫微血管血流,之后摘取子宫和卵巢,称重量并计算子宫和卵巢系数。结果:延经丸能降低衰老大鼠血清FSH、LH的含量,升高E2的含量,提高大鼠子宫体质量指数,增加子宫毛细血管的开放数,加速血流,尤以高剂量组作用显著。结论:延经丸明显改善围绝经期大鼠的症状,其作用机理可能与提高体内雌激素水平,改善子宫微循环,增加子宫和卵巢的重量有关。
Objective：To observe the Yanjing pill to extend perimenopausal rats＇uterine coefficient,uterus microcirculation and serum estrogen （E2）,follicle-stimulating hormone （FSH） and luteinizing hormone （LH） content changes,to validate its perimenopausal neuroendocrine function.Methods：18 months natural aging rats were randomly divided intofour groups：normal group,ethylene female phenol group,Yanjing pill low dose group,Yanjing pill high dose group.Young rats were as control group.Each gave corresponding dose of the drug lavage treatment,continuous for 21 days.In the final after the treatment 2 h we took blood,determination of serum sex hormones before and after drug content; medical image analysis system with the observation of microvascular blood flow,after snapping the uterus and ovary,weigh and calculate uterine and ovarian coefficient.Results：The pill could reduce delayed aging rats serum FSH,LHcontent,increase the content of E2,improve the rats＇uterine body mass index,increase the opening number of the uterus blood capillary,accelerate the blood flow,especially in high dose group.Conclusion：Yanjing pill significantly improve perimenopausal symptoms of rats and its mechanism may be related to improving the estrogen level,improving the uterus microcirculation,increasing the weight of uterus and ovaries.
