摘要:概述了当归普通清洗中存在的问题和超声波清洗的可行性,确定了超声波清洗当归的试验参数:超声波频率、功率、清洗时间和清洗液及其温度。以自来水洗后当归的清洁度为考核目标,用250W、40kHz的低频超声波清洗机清洗干燥当归,得出的结论可为当归及其他根茎类干药材超声清洗提供参考:清洗水温与所需清洗时间呈负相关,水温(25~60℃之间)越高,达到洁净度要求所需时间越短;水温60℃时清洗时间最短,此结论与文献值水的超芦空化最活跃的温度为60℃相一致:只要将水加热到超过30℃,清洗30min以上即可达到净洗目的(清洁度在4级以上):在当归的实际加工中,若需要快速清洗,就耍适当提高水温,若后续工序较慢,则可免加热清洗,在25℃(室温)下超声波清洗60min左右就可达到4级及以上清洁度,如此既节水、节能又可保证当归有效成分基本无流失。
Outlined the problems that exist in the angelica regular cleaning and the feasibility of ultrasonic cleaning, determined ultrasonic cleaning angelica sinensis test parameters, such as ultrasonic frequency, power, cleaning time and cleaning fluid and its temperature.With the water washed angelica sinensis purity degree assessment objectives, with 250W, 40kHz low-frequency ultrasonic cleaning machine to clean the dried angelica sinensis, conclusion can be dried herbs, angelica sinensis and other roots like provide reference for ultrasonic cleaning: Washing water temperature and the needed cleaning time was negatively correlation.The higher the water temperature (25-60℃), the shorter the time needed for cleanliness requirements; The shortest cleaning time is needed when the water temperature is 60℃, this conclusion consistent with the literature value of ultrasonic cavitation water temperature is most active at 60℃; As long as the water is heated to over 30℃, cleaned more than 30min to achieve the purpose of washing (purity Qegree 4 or above); In the actual processing of angelica sinensis, if need quick cleaning, it is necessary to raise the proper temperature, if the subsequent process is slow, it should avoid heat cleaning, at 25 ℃ (room temperature) for about 60min ultrasonic cleaning can achieve purity degree 4 and above cleanliness, so both water, energy saving and effective ingredient of angelica sinensis can guarantee almost no loss.
