摘要：目的:探讨身痛逐瘀汤加味对类风湿关节炎(RA)患者血液流变学与微循环的影响。方法:将RA患者随机分为身痛逐瘀汤加味治疗组和尪痹冲剂对照组,用药30天后进行血液流变学和微循环以及RA临床常规检测。结果:身痛逐瘀汤加味治疗组的活血化瘀扶正法对受累关节具有较好的抗炎、消肿、止痛和改善关节功能作用,其临床疗效优于尪痹冲剂对照组的祛邪扶正法。结论:身痛逐瘀汤加味治疗RA患者,能明显改善其血液流变学和甲皱微循环观察指标,具有较好的临床疗效,其活血化瘀扶正功效可能是治疗RA患者的有效手段之一。
Objective： To explore the therapedic effects on blood rheology and microcirculation of Shentongzhuyu decoction of rheumatoid arthritis（RA） patients.Methods： rheumatoid arthritis patients were divided into 2 groups randomly,Shentongzhuyu decoction and WangBiChongJi group,and each group was treated for 30 days,then use blood rheological apparatus to measure blood rheology and use anatomical microscope to observe microcirculation.Results： Shentongzhuyu decoction treatment group promoting blood circulation to the involved joints centralizer has good anti-inflammatory effect,reduces swelling,pain and improves joint function.Its clinical efficacy is superior to Quxie Upright of the control group.Conclusion：.Shentongzhuyu decoction of RA patients,can significantly improve their hemorheology and nail fold microcirculation observation of indicators,with better clinical efficacy,the effectiveness of its blood circulation righting the treatment of RA patients may be an effective means of instruction.
