摘要：栀子Gardeniajasminoides药用历史悠久、使用广、用量大,具有抗炎、抗病毒、保护神经、降糖、调血脂、保肝利胆等药理活性,是药食同源中药。但关于其肝毒性的报道却限制了栀子的进一步应用。通过查阅有关栀子肝毒性的文献,从使用剂量、剂型及给药途径、配伍、炮制和受试对象等方面对其进行归纳总结,以期为栀子肝毒性的防治及新药的开发提供参考。
Zhizi(Gardenia jasminoides)has a long medicinal history,with wide application and large usage.It has anti-inflammatory,antiviral,neuroprotection,hypoglycemic,blood-lipid regulating,hepatoprotective and choleretic activities.It is the first batch of edible and medicinal herbs.However,related reports about its liver toxicity limit the further development of G.jasminoides.By consulting a large number of literatures on hepatotoxicity induced by G.jasminoides,dosage,dosage form and route of administration,compatibility,processing and subjects were summarized in this article,in order to provide reference for prevention and treatment of hepatotoxicity induced by G.jasminoides and development of new drugs.
