摘要：中医学认为腰椎间盘突出症与经筋功能异常导致"筋急"或"筋纵"有关,脊柱生物力学相关研究证实其发病及病理过程与腰部肌群功能退化、肌肉力学失衡等因素紧密相关。毫针刺法中有诸多针对经筋病灶点的针刺手法,并且具有操作灵巧、易于掌控、损伤小等优点。文章基于经筋理论,试探讨总结腰椎间盘突出症的毫针刺法治疗,旨在为临床治疗本病探寻新方法。
In traditional Chinese medicine, the abnormal function of tension or relaxation of meridian sinew can lead to lumbar disc herniation. Spinal biomechanical studies have confirmed that the pathogenesis and pathological processes are closely related to factors such as degeneration of muscle function and imbalance of muscle mechanics. There are many needle manipulation for the focal point of pathogenesis of meridian sinew in techniques of filiform needle acupuncture, which have the advantages of dexterous operation, easy control, and small damage. Based on the meridian sinew theory, this paper discussed techniques of filiform needle acupuncture in the treatment of lumbar disc herniation, aiming at exploring new methods for clinical treatment of this disease.
