摘要:目前中医骨伤科专业的教育模式主要是在学习基础理论,同时加强临床实践教学,以实现理论联系实际。但是医学生在临床临床实践教学时由于整个医疗环境的限制导致学生动手机会越来越少,使得医学生的骨伤科知识停留在理论层面,临床实践能力差,同骨伤科教育理念不符。通过加强实践教材的改编和修订、积极引进人才、完善中医骨伤科学教学网络的建立及交流、推广工作。通过实践教学,掌握骨与关节检查、正骨手法、夹板固定、创伤急救原则、骨折、脱位、筋伤、骨病的诊断和治疗,培养学生运用中医骨伤科学知识的思维方法及对中医骨伤科疾病诊治的实际能力。为此,对中医骨伤科学教学进行积极地思考和探索,建设中医骨伤科实践教学平台意义重大。
At present the education mode of traditional Chinese medicine traumatology department specialize mainly in learning theory, and strengthen clinical practice teaching,so as to realize the theory with practice.But medical students clinical practice teaching in clinical because the whole medical environmental restrictions cause the student to begin opportunities are fewer and makes the medical students stay in theoretical knowledge,clinical practice ability is poor,education concept with orthopedics discrepant.Through the strengthening practice teaching material of adaptation and amended, and actively introduce talents,perfect the clinics for Chinese science teaching network establishment,exchange and promotion.Through the practice teaching, mastering the bone and joint inspection,Zhenggu gimmick,plywood fixed,trauma emergency principle,fractures and dislocations,muscle injury,bone disease diagnosis and treatment, training students to use the knowledge of science clinics for Chinese thought method and traditional Chinese medicine diagnosis and treatment of diseases of the actual ability.Therefore,it is great significant for traditional Chinese medicine practice teaching platform construction to think and explore Chinese science teaching actively.
