摘要：黄芪是中医益气扶正之要药,广泛应用于多种疾病的治疗。近年来有关黄芪抗恶性肿瘤的现代研究和报道不断增多,其在抗恶性肿瘤方面的作用和价值逐渐受到研究者的重视。本文分析结果显示,黄芪抗恶性肿瘤的相关研究主要关注在肺癌、肝癌、胃癌、乳腺癌和结直肠癌等方面,对其成分或制剂的研究主要集中于黄芪多糖、黄芪皂苷和黄芪注射剂上。黄芪抗恶性肿瘤的作用机制可能主要与调节肿瘤免疫、抑制肿瘤细胞增殖、侵袭和转移、诱导肿瘤细胞凋亡及与化疗药配伍的增效减毒等有关。
ASTRAGALI RADIX,a Chinese herbal medicine with the function of yiqi fuzheng(益气扶正),is used in the treatment of various diseases.With the deepening of research,the effect and value of ASTRAGALI RADIX in preventing and treating tumors have attracted increasing attention.We reviewed the relevant studies and found that the studies about the antitumor effect of ASTRAGALI RADIX mainly focused on lung cancer,liver cancer,stomach cancer,breast cancer,and colorectal cancer.The research on the main components and preparations of ASTRAGALI RADIX mainly concerned Astragalus polysaccharides,astragaloside,and ASTRAGALI RADIX injection.The antitumor mechanism of ASTRAGALI RADIX may be associated with the regulation of tumor immunity,inhibition on tumor cell proliferation,invasion and metastasis,promotion of tumor cell apoptosis,and synergy and attenuation effect in combination with chemotherapeutic drug.
