摘要：目的:分析"通乳散癖汤"治疗乳腺增生疾病的临床疗效。方法:收集2007—2009年之间符合诊断标准的78例乳腺增生病例,给予"通乳散癖汤"治疗,治疗1个疗程后评价其疗效,评价终点是患者治疗前后症状、体征的改变。结果:运用"通乳散癖汤"治疗乳腺增生疾病,可不同程度地改善患者的症状和体征,治疗前后积分比较,有统计学意义(P<0.05);另外,用"通乳散癖汤"治疗后临床治愈18例,显效46例,有效9例,无效5例,总有效率93.6%。结论:通乳散癖汤对乳腺增生疾病具有较好的疗效。
Objective:To observe clinical effects of TongRuSan PiTang for hyperplasia of mammary gland in the treatment of 78 patients.Methods:From 2007 to 2009,78 patients met the diagnostic criteria of hyperplasia of mammary gland received TongRuSan PiTang.After a course of treatmentt,he clinical effects were evaluated.Symptoms and signs of change before and after are their efficacy endpoint.Results:TongRuSan PiTang can treat hyperplasia of mammary gland and improve the symptoms and signs in different degrees.Compared points before and after treatment,there was statistically significant(P<0.05).In addition,among 78 cases,18 cases were cured,46 cases obviously improved,9 cases improved and 5 cases had no response,and the total effective rate was 93.6%.Conclusion:TongRuSan PiTang was effective in treating hyperplasia of mammary gland.
