摘要：目的观察穴位贴敷联合腹部按摩在冠心病便秘患者中的护理效果。方法选取2021年5月—2022年5月甘肃中医药大学附属医院心血管中心收治的冠心病患者80例,按随机数字表法分为对照组和干预组各40例。对照组给予常规护理,干预组在对照组的基础上给予穴位贴敷配合腹部按摩,干预2周后,比较2组患者干预前后Wexner便秘量表评分、焦虑自评量表得分。结果干预组患者Wexner便秘量表评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);干预组患者SAS评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论穴位贴敷配合腹部按摩对冠心病患者便秘症状的改善有积极作用,同时能改善患者的焦虑症状,值得临床推广。
Objective To understand the nursing effect of acupoint application combined with abdominal massage in constipation of coronary heart disease.Methods A total of 80 patients with coronary heart disease admitted to the Cardiovascular Center of the Affiliated Hospital of Gansu University of Chinese Medicine from May 2021 to May 2022 were selected and divided into the control group and the intervention group according to the random number table,with 40 cases in each group.The control group was given routine nursing,while the intervention group was given acupoint application and abdominal massage on the basis of the control group.After 2 weeks of intervention,the scores of Wexner constipation scale and self-rating anxiety scale before and after intervention were compared between the two groups.Results Wexner constipation scale score in the intervention group was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The SAS score in the intervention group was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Acupoint application combined with abdominal massage has a positive effect on the improvement of constipation symptoms in patients with coronary heart disease,improve the anxiety symptoms of patients,and is worthy of clinical promotion.
