摘要:目的对火麻仁的性状、显微、理化特征进行研究,为火麻仁的生药学鉴别提供可靠的参考依据。方法对火麻仁原植物以及药材进行性状观察,对火麻仁药材的纵切面以及粉末进行显微特征观察;研究火麻仁的理化特征采用薄层色谱法。结果全面的描述了中药材火麻仁的性状特征,粉末和纵切面的显微特征,以及其薄层色谱特征。结论火麻仁的药材性状特征、显微特征以及理化鉴别特征的建立,有助于提高药材标准,减少混用现象,在一定程度上增加药物使用的安全性,为火麻仁药材的鉴定以及相关的质量标准制定提供参考依据。
Objective To study the traits, microscopic and physical and chemical characteristics of Cannabis sativa, and provide a reliable reference for the identification of Cannabis sativa. Methods The properties of the original plants and herbs of Cannabis sativa were observed. The longitudinal sections of the Cannabis sativa and the powder were observed. The physicochemical characteristics of Cannabis sativa were studied by thin layer chromatography. Results The characteristics of the Chinese herbal medicine Cannabis sativa, the microscopic characteristics of the powder and longitudinal section, and the thin layer chromatographic characteristics were described. Conclusion The establishment of medicinal properties, microscopic characteristics and physical and chemical identification of Cannabis sativa can help to improve the standard of medicinal materials, reduce the mixing phenomenon, increase the safety of drug use to a certain extent, and identify the medicinal materials of Cannabis sativa. Provide relevant reference for the development of relevant quality standards.
