摘要:目的探讨不同商品等级的纹党参固体粉末三维荧光光谱快速测试方法。方法采用固体样品支架测得不同商品等级的纹党参固体粉末样品的三维荧光光谱。结果不同商品等级的纹党参固体粉末三维荧光光谱图中各出现1个荧光峰,荧光峰的发射波长为550nm,说明是由同一种荧光组分产生的,但荧光强度不同,即荧光物质的含量与商品等级呈正相关。结论该研究建立了不同商品等级纹党参固体粉末的三维荧光光谱快速测试方法,为不同商品等级纹党参的鉴别分析提供了一种新思路。
Objective To investigate the Three-dimensional fluorescence spectrum rapid test methods for different levels of Wendang(Radix Codonopsis)solid powder. Methods Three-dimensional fluorescence spectra of different grades of Wendang solid powder samples were measured with a solid sample holder. Results A fluorescence peak appeared in the three-dimensional fluorescence spectrum of different grades of Wendang solid powder. The emission wavelength of the fluorescence peak was 550 nm, indicating that it was produced by the same fluorescent component, but the fluorescence intensity was different, and was positively correlated with the number of grades. That is, the content of fluorescent substances is different. Conclusion This study established a three-dimensional fluorescence spectrometry rapid test method for different grades of Wendang solid powder, providing a new idea for the identification and analysis of different grades of Wendang.
