摘要:重症医学是研究危及生命的疾病状态的发生、发展规律及其多器官系统重症疾病综合救治的学科,要求规培的住院医师具备扎实的中西医理论基础,娴熟的基本技能,完成重症患者脏器功能支持治疗的能力。PBL教学法作为基于问题的学习方法,在医学教育中以临床病例实际问题为基础,以学生为核心,以分组讨论为主要模式,在指导教师的引导下,围绕某一特定专题,或具体病例的诊治等问题进行分析、实践的学习过程。在中医院重症医学科的教学活动中,PBL教学法结合重症医学急救技术性强、专业性强的学科特点,具有中医特色,能够有效地提高规培医师的学习能力和临床思辨能力。
Intensive Care Medicine is a subject which focus on studies of life-threatening disease states,occurrence and development and the comprehensive treatment of severe diseases of multiple organ systems. The resident physicians in ICU is required enough physiological principles of Chinese and Western medicine and basic skills to deal with the multiple organ dysfunction of critically ill patients. PBL teaching method is a problembased learning method. It is based on the actual problems of clinical cases in medical education,with students as the core and group discussion as the main mode. With the help of the guidance of the instructors,the students of residency standardized training in ICU of TCM can discuss and analyze specific topics on the diagnosis and treatment of specific cases.In the teaching activities of the Department of Critical Care Medicine of Traditional Chinese Medicine,the PBL teaching method can effectively improve the learning ability and clinical thinking ability of the physician.
