摘要：白芍总苷是中药白芍干燥根的提取物,含有芍药苷、羟基芍药苷、芍药花苷等化合物,具有抗炎、免疫调节、抗血栓、保肝等作用,可通过多种途径抑制自身免疫反应,维持机体免疫耐受。作为辅助治疗药物,白芍总苷对系统性红斑狼疮、干燥综合征、类风湿关节炎、强直性脊柱炎、免疫相关性复发性流产等自身免疫性疾病均有一定疗效。此外,应用白芍总苷治疗还可减少药物不良反应、降低疾病复发率、提高患者的依从性。未来还应继续探索白芍总苷的化学有效成分及其在不同自身免疫性疾病中的应用剂量,为自身免疫性疾病的治疗提供科学依据。
Total glucosides of paeony,an extract from the dried root of the traditional Chinese medicine Radix Paeoniae Alba,contain compounds such as paeoniflorin,hydroxy-paeoniflorin,and paeonin,which have anti-inflammatory,immunomodulatory,antithrombotic,and hepatoprotective effects,and can inhibit autoimmune reactions and maintain immune tolerance in the body through many pathways.As an adjuvant treatment,total glucosides of paeony have shown certain effects on autoimmune diseases such as systemic lupus erythematosus,Sjogren′s syndrome,rheumatoid arthritis,ankylosing spondylitis,and immune related recurrent abortions.Moreover,treatment with total glucosides of paeony can also reduce the adverse drug reactions and the recurrence rate,and improve the compliance of the patients.In the future,the active chemical components of total glucosides of paeony should be further explored,as well as the content limits used in different autoimmune diseases,so as to provide scientific references for the treatment of autoimmune diseases.
