摘要：皮肤屏障主要由角质层、结构性脂类和皮肤脂膜构成,起到保护机体内各组织器官免受外界有害侵袭以及保持机体内环境的稳定。皮肤屏障结构和功能障碍与多种皮肤疾病的病因、病理过程相关,修复皮肤屏障对防止细菌侵入,减少皮肤炎症、刺激,预防复发均有重要意义。本文围绕皮肤屏障的结构、功能、与皮肤屏障功能相关皮肤病几个方面展开,探讨了皮肤屏障功能对相关皮肤病发生发展的影响机制,并在此基础上总结了近几年文献使用修复皮肤屏障治疗皮肤病的方法。
The skin barrier constitutes of stratum corneum and structured lipids that can protect organs from harmful invasion and the meantime can keep the environment of the whole organism stable. The structure of the skin barrier and its dysfunction are associated with the etiology and the pathological process of various skin disease. It is important to repair the skin barrier to prevent bacterial invasion and reduce the epidermal inflammation and stimulant, and the most importantly, to prevent recurrent associated disease. The paper mainly focus on structure and function of the skin barrier, and also discusses the skin barrier function impact on the occurrence and development of related skin disease mechanisms. The therapies in recent literature for the skin disease, on this basis, will also be summarized.
