摘要：目的:测定甘肃产淫羊藿主要活性成分,并通过主成分分析,结合数据分析,评价不同产地淫羊藿药材质量,为发展淫羊藿种植产业,保护淫羊藿野生资源提供参考。方法:用萃取法制备供试品溶液,HPLC法检测淫羊藿苷、朝霍定A、朝霍定B、朝霍定C、箭霍苷A、箭霍苷B、宝藿苷Ⅰ等7种成分,通过SPSS 26.0软件对共有峰峰面积进行主成分分析,得出质量评价模型,评价药材质量。结果:甘肃产淫羊藿中淫羊藿苷、朝定藿A、朝定藿B、朝定藿C含量范围分别为0.81%~2.38%、0.04%~0.48%、0.12%~0.52%、0.11%~0.55%。主成分分析综合得分由高到低依次排名为:岷县、宕昌县、渭源县、礼县、成县、临潭县、文县、武都、两当县、康县、临洮县、舟曲县、漳县、武山县、徽县、西和县、甘谷县。结论:甘肃省淫羊藿品质良好。大力发展淫羊藿种植产业,可促进中药材产业的发展,提高经济综合实力,夯实巩固脱贫攻坚成果同乡村振兴有效衔接,保护淫羊藿野生资源和生态环境。
Objective:The main active components of Epimedium from Gansu Province were determined,and the quality of Epimedium from different regions was evaluated through principal component analysis(PCA)combined with data analysis.This study aimed to provide a reference for the development of the Epimedium cultivation industry and the protection of wild Epimedium resources.Methods:The test solution was prepared using an extraction method.The contents of seven components,including icariin,epimedin A,epimedin B,epimedin C,sagittatoside A,sagittatoside B,and baohuoside I,were detected by HPLC.PCA was performed on the common peak areas using SPSS 26.0 software to establish a quality evaluation model and assess the quality of the medicinal materials.Results:The content ranges of icariin,epimedin A,epimedin B,and epimedin C in Epimedium from Gansu Province were 0.81%~2.38%,0.04%~0.48%,0.12%~0.52%,and 0.11%~0.55%,respectively.Based on the comprehensive PCA scores,the regions were ranked in descending order of quality:Min County,Tanchang County,Weiyuan County,Li County,Cheng County,Lintan County,Wen County,Wudu County,Liangdang County,Kang County,Lintao County,Zhouqu County,Zhang County,Wushan County,Hui County,Xihe County,and Gangu County.Conclusion:The quality of Epimedium in Gansu Province was found to be good.The cultivation industry of Epimedium should be vigorously developed to promote the growth of the traditional Chinese medicine industry,enhance economic strength,consolidate poverty alleviation achievements,and effectively link them with rural revitalization,while protecting wild Epimedium resources and the ecological environment.
