摘要:多糖是由多种类型的单糖缩合而成的天然高分子化合物,广泛存在于动植物及微生物组织中,是构成生命的四大基本物质之一。多糖以其具有促进机体免疫力、抗菌、抗病毒、抗寄生虫、抗肿瘤、抗辐射、抗衰老、抗炎、降低血脂以及改善动物生产性能等一系列生物活性作用而成为研究热点。多糖的提取技术既是生物多糖研究的重要内容之一,更是多糖生物活性研究的基础。本文就多糖的提取技术研究进展情况进行综述,为多糖提取提供较为全面的参考并期望有更好的发展。
Polysaccharides is composed of multiple types of monosaccharide condensation of natural polymer compounds, widely exists in plants and animals and microbes in the organization. It is one of the four basic material life.They can promotes the polysaccharide to the immunity, antibacterial, antiviral, anti parasite, anti-tumor, anti-inflammatory, radiation resistance, anti-aging, reducing blood fat and improving animal production performance, and a series of biological active role and become one of the research hotspot.The extraction and separation technology of polysaccharide is not only an important content of biological polysaccharide but also the basis of studying the biological activity.ln this paper, the progress of extraction and separation technology of polysaccharides were reviewed, provides a comprehensive reference for polysaccharide extraction, separation and expect to have a better development.
