摘要：目的:通过对甘肃中医药大学女大学生进行中医体质调查,探讨女大学生痛经与兼夹体质的相关性,研究痛经的好发体质。方法:采用标准化的9种中医体质量表调查法对611名调查对象实施中医体质辨识。结果:痛经女大学生中两种兼夹体质出现的频次,前四位者依次为气虚质+阴虚质、气虚质+气郁质、气虚质+阳虚质、气郁质+阴虚质。三种兼夹体质出现的频次,前四位者依次为气虚质+气郁质+阴虚质、气虚质+痰湿质+阴虚质、气虚质+气郁质+痰湿质、气虚质+气郁质+阳虚质。结论:高校女大学生痛经情况普遍存在,尤以兼夹体质出现较多。探讨女大学生痛经与体质状况的相关性,有助于指导临床辨体施养,为预防女生痛经提供依据。
Objective：To investigate the relationship between dysmenorrhea and the accompanied constitution of female college students in Gansu,and to study the relationship between dysmenorrhea and the accompanied constitution of female students.Methods：9 Chinese medicine quality scales were used to investigate the TCM Constitution of the 611 subjects.Results：Among dysmenorrhea female college students,the frequency of two kinds of accompanied constitution,the top four in order were Qi deficiency and Yin deficiency,Qi deficiency and Qi stagnation,Qi deficiency and Yang deficiency,Qi stagnation and Yin deficiency.Three kinds of accompanied constitution,the top four in order were Qi deficiency,Qi stagnation and Yin deficiency,Qi deficiency,phlegm dampness and Yin deficiency,Qi deficiency,Qi stagnation and phlegm dampness,Qi deficiency,Qi stagnation and Yang deficiency.Conclusion：Dysmenorrhea is prevalent in female college students,especially in the accompanied constitution.Exploration the correlation between dysmenorrhea and physical state of female college students provide guidance for the clinical application of differential diagnosis and nursing.
