摘要：运用三阴“开阖枢”理论,从整体联系的视角探讨小儿遗尿症病机,认为太阴开化不及、少阴枢转不及、厥阴阖制太过均可导致膀胱失约而遗尿,且在病变过程中三阴的开、枢、阖相互关联影响,常相兼为病。因此,治疗小儿遗尿症应强调恢复三阴开阖枢之机能,使机体气血津液充沛条畅、收摄有序,同时注意相兼之时的标本主次,总以调复开、阖、枢之常为核心。
Applying the theory of"opening,closing,and pivoting"of the three Yin channels,this article explores the pathogenesis of pediatric enuresis from a holistic and interconnected perspective.It is proposed that inadequate opening transformation of the Taiyin channel,insufficient pivoting of the Shaoyin channel,and excessive closing regulation of the Jueyin channel can all lead to bladder incontinence and consequent enuresis.Furthermore,during the pathological process,the opening,pivoting,and closing functions of the three Yin channels mutually influence one another,often resulting in combined patterns of disharmony.Therefore,the treatment of pediatric enuresis should emphasize restoring the normal opening,closing,and pivoting functions of the three Yin channels,thereby ensuring the adequate flow and orderly retention of qi,blood,and body fluids.At the same time,attention should be paid to distinguishing the primary and secondary aspects when patterns are concurrent,with the core principle being the regulation and restoration of the normal opening,closing,and pivoting functions.
