摘要：总结张士卿教授以虚实为纲辨证论治小儿厌食症的临床经验。张教授将小儿厌食症分为虚证(脾失健运、脾胃气虚、脾胃阴虚)、实证(乳食积滞、痰食互结、肝胃不和)和虚实夹杂证(脾虚肝旺、脾虚痰浊),指出虚证应注意运脾和胃、健脾益气养阴,实证应消食化积、化痰、疏肝理气,虚实夹杂证在补脾益气的同时,还应理气化痰。附案例1则,以资验证。
This paper summarizes the clinical experience of professor ZHANG Shiqing using deficiency-excess syndrome differentiation to differentially treat chldren with anorexia.Professor ZHANG divides children with anorexia into deficiency-syndrome(failure of spleen in transportation,deficiency of spleen and stomach qi as well as deficiency of spleen and stomach yin),excess-syndrome(infantile dyspepsia,phlegm accumulating with food as well as disharmony between liver and stomach),and deficiency mingling with excess syndrome(asthenia of spleen and effulgence of liver as well as phlegm turbidity due to spleen deficiency),pointing out that for deficiency-syndrome,we should focus on activating spleen and harmonizing stomach as well as invigorating spleen,supplementing qi and nourishing yin;for excess-syndrome,we should focus on relieving food retention and resolving phlegm as well as soothing liver to regulate qi;and for deficiency mingling with excess syndrome,we should focus on replenishing spleen qi as well as regulating qi to resolve phlegm.One case is attached for verification.
