摘要:研究以"中药材加工"技术相关专利为基础,按照专利公开的时间、专利数量、专利申请人类型和专利申请状况等项目进行数据统计与分析.结果表明,从2011年开始,中国"中药材加工"专利取得了较大的发展;共检索到该专利371项,主要为发明专利.专利内容的IPC主要类型为A61K和F26B,且发明专利最多的省份是安徽.
This study is based on the related patents of "traditional Chinese medicines processing" technology. Data statistics and analysis are carried out according to the items such as the opening time of patent, the number of patents, and the type and the status of patent applicant. The results showed that traditional Chinese medicines processing patents have made great progress since 2011 in China. 371 patents have been retrieved, mainly for invention patents. The IPC of patent contents is mainly class A61K and F26BA, and the largest number of invention patents is in Anhui Province.
