摘要：影响水蒸气蒸馏法提取金银花挥发油的因素较多,包括金银花的产地、品种、花期及种类,提取过程的粉碎度、料液比、浸泡时间及提取时间,辅助的超声波、酶及盐等。其中,金银花的产地、品种、花期及种类主要影响金银花挥发油的成分、种类及含量;提取过程的粉碎度、料液比、浸泡时间,提取时间与辅助的超声波、酶及盐等主要影响金银花挥发油的提取率。通过对这些影响因素的系统分析,可以为水蒸气蒸馏法提取金银花挥发油的工艺优化提供指导。
There are many factors that affect the extraction of volatile oil from honeysuckle by steam distillation,such as the produing area,variety,flowering period and type of honeysuckle,grinding degree,solid-liquid ratio,soak time and extraction time of the extraction process,and the assisted ultrasound,enzyme and salt.etc.The produing area,variety,flowering period and type of honeysuckle mainly affect the composition,type and content of honeysuckle volatile oil.The grinding degree,solid-liquid ratio,soak time and extraction time of the extraction process,assisted ultrasound,enzyme and salt mainly affect the extraction rate of honeysuckle volatile oil.Through the systematic analysis of these influencing factors,it can provide guidance for the optimization of the extraction process of volatile oil from honeysuckle by steam distillation.
