摘要：类风湿关节炎(RA)的特征是关节滑膜的异常增生、滑膜衬里层变厚、血管翳的形成以及多种炎症细胞的聚集的多个关节的持续性炎症。虽然传统的抗类风湿关节炎药物在治疗RA方面具有较好的效果,但在发挥药效的过程中也会出现多种药物不良反应。中药在RA的治疗中应用已久,特别是中药通过干预成纤维样滑膜细胞(FLS)治疗类风湿关节炎疗效明确。因中药对RA-FLS有良好的调节作用而被广泛研究。本文就常用于治疗RA-FLS的多种中药单体、中药复方进行综述,以期为今后的临床治疗和相关基础研究提供思路。
Rheumatoid arthritis(RA)is a long-term systemic autoimmune disorder characterized by abnormal hyperplasia of joint synovium,thickening of the synovial lining layer,formation of pannus,and persistent inflammation in multiple joints with the aggregation of various inflammatory cells.Although traditional anti-rheumatoid arthritis drugs have shown good efficacy in treating RA,they can also induce various adverse reactions during the process of exerting pharmacological effects.Traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)has been applied in the treatment of RA for a long time,particularly in its effectiveness through intervening in fibroblast-like synoviocytes(FLS)in treating RA.TCM has been extensively studied due to its favorable regulatory effects on FLS in RA.This article reviews various Chinese medicinal monomers and compound prescriptions commonly used in the treatment of RA-FLS,aiming to provide insights for future clinical treatment and related basic research.
