摘要：近年来,中医药治疗非创伤性股骨头坏死(NONFH)愈加广泛,但因缺乏现代科学依据而受争议。为此,本文借助现代分子生物学的研究成果,立足于中西医结合角度,从OPG/RANK/RANKL信号调控机制探讨从瘀论治股骨头坏死的合理性,为中医辨治NONFH及相关临床研究提供理论依据。
In recent years,the treatment of nontraumatic osteonecrosis of femoral head(NONFH)treated by TCM has become more and more widespread,but it is controversial because of lack of modern scientific basis.Therefore,based on the research results of modern molecular biology and from the perspective of integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine,this article explored the rationality of treating femoral head necrosis from blod stasis from the perspective of OPG/RANK/RANKL signal regulation mechanism,and provided theoretical basis for TCM differentiation and treatment of NONFH and related clinical research.
