摘要：目的:观察益气活血通络汤辅助治疗对人工髋关节置换术后下肢深静脉血栓形成(DVT)的影响。方法:选取在临床上行人工髋关节置换治疗的112例患者为研究对象,采用随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组各56例,对照组予给予低分子肝素钙治疗,观察组联合辅以益气活血汤通络汤,比较两组DVT的发生情况、凝血酶原时间(PT)、部分凝血活酶时间(APTT)、伤口引流量的变化。结果:观察组术后发生DVT7(12.5%)明显低于对照组15例(26.79%);术后14天,观察组PT(18.59±0.33)、APTT(34.57±2.42)明显长于对照组;术后1天伤口引流量(45.32±6.28)ml、2天伤口引流量(27.64±6.58)ml、3天伤口引流量(11.48±5.13)ml明显低于对照组。结论:中药益气活血通络汤辅助治疗可进一步改善行人工髓关节置换术患者的凝血指标和血管条件,对预防术后DVT具有较好的疗效,值得临床推广。
Objective： To investigate the effect of Yiqi Huoxue Tongluo Decoction in the treatment of the deep vein thromhosis on the lower limb caused by hipdone rthroplasty. Methods： 112 cases patients were treated by Hipdone rthroplasty in our hospital were randomly divided into controlled group（ n = 56） and the observation group（ n = 56）,the controlled group was given low molecular weight heparin calcium treatment,the observation group were combined with Yiqi Huoxue Tongluo Decoction. The prothrombin time,incidence of DVT（ PT）,activated partial thromboplastin time（ APTT）,wound drainage in the two groups were compared. Results： The occurrence of DVT of the observation group was 7cases（ 12. 5%）,it was significantly lower than the controlled group which was 15cases（ 26. 79%）. PT,APTT（ 18. 59±0. 33,34. 57±2. 42） of the treatment group was longer than the controlled group after 14 days of operation; after 1day,2days,3days of operation,wound drainage（ 45. 32±6. 28,27. 64±6. 58,11. 48±5. 13） ml were significantly lower than the controlled group. Conclusion： Yiqi Huoxue Tongluo Decoction treatment can further improve the artificial hip joint replacement patients blood coagulation and vascular conditions,has good curative effect on prevention of postoperative DVT.
