摘要：辐射诱发的心脏病(Radiation heart injury,RIHD)是人们暴露于电离辐射(Ionizing radiation,IR)时的一种严重并发症,具有高发病率高死亡率的特点,发病机制尚未完全阐明,近期研究发现RIHD的发生与氧化应激(Oxidative stress,OS)有关。OS通过氧化损伤DNA、蛋白质和脂质并介导一些信号通路对RIHD产生影响。目前现代医学对于RIHD的防治缺乏有效手段。中医药通过OS在防治RIHD中取得良好效果,潜力巨大。该综述旨在总结RIHD的氧化应激机制及中医药通过该机制的防治进展,旨在为防治RIHD提供新思路。
radiation induced heart disease(RIHD)is a serious complication when people are exposed to ionizing radiation(IR)and is characterized by high morbidity and mortality,the pathogenesis of which has not been fully elucidated,and recent studies have found that RIHD occurrence is associated with oxidative stress(OS).OS exerts its effects on RIHD by oxidatively damaging DNA,proteins,and lipids and mediating several signaling pathways.Modern medicine currently lacks effective means for the prevention and treatment of RIHD.Traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)achieves good results in the prevention and treatment of RIHD through OS,and has great potential.This review aims to summarize the oxidative stress mechanism of RIHD and the progress of TCM through this mechanism in the prevention and treatment of RIHD,aiming to provide new ideas for the prevention and treatment of RIHD.
