摘要：目的研究甘肃不同产地纹党化学成分的差异性。方法采用HPLC测定纹党中党参炔苷、苍术内酯Ⅲ含量,比色法测定总多糖含量,按2015版《中国药典》方法测定浸出物含量,运用因子分析处理数据。结果不同产地纹党的党参炔苷、苍术内酯Ⅲ、浸出物和党参多糖无显著性差异;海拔与浸出物含量呈正相关性;武都(甘泉乡、郭河乡)、文县市场的商品纹党质量最优。结论不同产地纹党参质量存在差异,文县、武都区可作为纹党优质种植区域。
Objective The study was to study the chemical compositions＇ otherness of Radix Codonopsis from different regions in Gansu Province.Methods Measuring contents of lobetyolin and atractylenoideⅢ in Radix Codonopsis by HPLC,A assaying of polysaccharides by colorimetry,measuring alcohol soluble extract according to Chinese Pharmacopoeia 2015 Edition method item,to statistical analysis the indicators.Results Lobetyolin,atractylenoide III,polysaccharides and alcohol soluble extract were all without significant difference,but there was a positive correlation between the altitude and the content of the extracts.Using factor analysis,the qualities of Radix Codonopsis from Wudu（Ganquan town,Guohe town） and Wenxian County＇s market were best.Conclusion There are differences in qualities of Radix Codonopsis.Wenxian County and Wudu District can be used as a high quality planting area of Radix Codonopsis.
