摘要：查阅相关文献,从神经炎症与阿尔茨海默病(AD)的关系、小胶质细胞与AD神经炎症的关系两方面概述小胶质细胞与AD的作用及相关机制。认为小胶质细胞是参与介导神经炎症的重要靶点,因此,要明确发挥小胶质细胞活化后的神经保护作用,使其能够及时清除β淀粉样蛋白(Aβ)和Tau蛋白,保护神经元免受伤害,为临床治疗AD提供参考。
By consulting the relevant literature,this paper summarizes the role and related mechanism of mi?croglia and Alzheimer’s disease(AD)from two aspects:the relationship between neuroinflammation and AD,and the relationship between microglia and AD neuroinflammation.It holds that microglia are important targets involved in mediating neuroinflammation.Therefore,it is necessary to clearly play the neuroprotective role of activated mi?croglia so that they can clearβAmyloid(Aβ)and Tau protein in time to protect neurons from damage,which pro?vides a reference for clinical therapy.
