摘要：目的:对敦煌《辅行诀》中干姜-附子角药的临证配伍应用进行探析,为临床处方用药提供宝贵的参考价值。方法:整理提取敦煌《辅行诀》中含干姜-附子的方剂,分别从独立成方、组方主要部分及联合应用方面论述角药的临床配伍特点。结果:敦煌《辅行诀》中独立成方之干姜-附子角药1组,作为方剂主要部分之干姜-附子角药9组,以及联合应用之角药,配伍精当,实用效捷。结论:敦煌《辅行诀》中蕴含着丰富的干姜-附子角药配伍知识,掌握其具体配伍特点与临床应用,对现代临床具有重要的指导意义。
Objective The clinical compatibility of Rhizoma Zingiberis and Radix Aconiti Lateralis Praeparata in Dunhuang Fuxingjue was studied in order to provide valuable reference value for clinical prescription.Methods The prescription containing dried ginger and Aconite in Dunhuang Fuxingjue was sorted out and extracted,and the clinical compatibility characteristics of angular medicine were discussed from the aspects of independent prescription,main part of composition and combined application.Results In Dunhuang Fuxingjue,the dried ginger—Aconite root medicine group 1,the dried ginger—Aconite Root Medicine Group 9 as the main part of the prescription,as well as the combined application of the horn medicine,the compatibility is fine,practical and efficient.Conclusion Dunhuang Fuxingjue contains rich knowledge about the compatibility of dried ginger and Aconite root,which is of great significance to modern clinical practice.
