摘要:目的 探讨基于雨课堂的导学互动教学模型BOPPPS教学模式在《中医内科学》教学中的应用效果。方法 共纳入开设《中医内科学》的本科2020级的120名学生参与此次研究,以随机数字表法将其分为对照组和教学组(每组60名),前者行传统课堂教学方式,后者行基于雨课堂的BOPPPS教学模式。比较两组教学结果。结果 与对照组相比,教学组理论知识、操作技能掌握两项评分更高(P<0.05)。教学前,两组学生自我导向学习能力各项评分相似(P>0.05)。教学后,教学组学习策略、学习意识、学习行为、人际关系技能、自我评价等项目评分及总分更高(P<0.05)。与对照组相比,教学组学生对教学模式的效果评价更高(P<0.05)。结论 基于雨课堂的BOPPPS教学模式应用在《中医内科学》教学中可明显提高教学成绩以及学生的自我导向学习能力,学生对此教学模式的评价更高,应用价值理想。
Objective To explore the effectiveness of the rain classroom-based guided interactive teaching model BOPPPS teaching mode in the teaching of Internal medicine of traditional Chinese medicine.Methods A total of 120 students from the class of 2020 of the undergraduate program Internal medicine of traditional Chinese medicine were included in this study,and they were divided into a control group and a teaching group(60 students in each group) by randomized numerical table method,the former of which was taught in the traditional classroom and the latter of which was taught in the rain classroom-based BOPPPS teaching model.The results of the two groups were compared.Results Compared with the control group,the teaching group had higher scores in theoretical knowledge and operational skill mastery(P<0.05).Before teaching,the scores of self-directed learning ability were similar in both groups(P>0.05),and after teaching,the scores of learning strategies,learning awareness,learning behaviors,interpersonal skills,and self-evaluation,as well as the total scores,were higher in the teaching group(P<0.05).Compared with the control group,students in the teaching group rated the effectiveness of the teaching model higher(P<0.05).Conclusions The rain classroom-based BOPPPS teaching model applied in the teaching of Internal medicine of traditional Chinese medicine can significantly improve the teaching performance and students' self-directed learning ability,and students' evaluation of this teaching model is higher,with ideal application value.
