摘要:目的:探讨党参对糖尿病肾病(DN)患者Ⅳ型胶原(ColⅣ)的影响。方法:选取2020年5月-2021年4月兴化市人民医院影像科收治的102例DN患者,党参用药低剂量组、中等剂量组、高剂量组及对照组,使用核磁共振成像分析仪分别对各组患者进行肾脏M R I扫描及尿液分析。比较用药后肾脏M R I表现、尿微量白蛋白、Ⅳ型胶原。结果:低剂量组及中等剂量组RBP(8.24±0.43、8.92±0.39vs.6.99±0.76)、TRF(21.16±8.53、18.12±1.98vs.10.70±2.91)及Ⅳ型胶原水平(125.66±13.44、105.18±12.67vs.78.81±9.48)均高于高剂量组,差异具有统计学意义(P <0.05)。高剂量组糖尿病肾病ADC值(2.18±0.37)较用药前(1.66±0.24)升高,差异显著具有统计学意义(P <0.05);低剂量组、中等剂量组ADC值比较差异无统计学意义(P> 0.05)。结论:MRI联合尿Ⅳ型胶原水平检测可以有效评估不同剂量党参用药对糖尿病肾病患者肾功能的影响;高剂量党参用药可以改善糖尿病肾病患者肾功能。
Objective To investigate the effect of codonopsis pilosula on type Ⅳ collagen(Col Ⅳ) in patients with diabetic nephropathy. Methods 102 patients with DN were admitted to Xinghua People’s Hospital from May 2020 to April 2021 were selectod, including low-dose group, middle-dose group, high-dose group and control group of codonopsis pilosula, were examined by renal MRI and urine analysis with magnetic resonance imaging. The MRI appearances of kidney, urinary microalbumin and type Ⅳ collagen were compared. Results The levels of RBP(8.24±0.43, 8.92±0.39 vs. 6.99±0.76), TRF(21.16±8.53, 18.12±1.98 vs. 10.70±2.91) and type Ⅳ collagen(125.66±13.44, 105.18±12.67 vs. 78.81±9.48) in low dose group and middle dose group were significantly higher than those in high dose group(P<0.05). The ADC value(2.18±0.37) of high dose group was significantly higher(1.66±0.24) than that of pre-dose group(P<0.05), and the ADC value of low dose group and middle dose group had no significant difference(P>0.05). Conclusion MRI combined with urine type Ⅳ collagen levels can effectively assess the effects of different doses of codonopsis pilosula on renal function in patients with diabetic nephropathy;high doses of codonopsis pilosula can improve renal function in patients with diabetic nephropathy.
