摘要：介绍汪龙德主任医师运用疏肝健脾法从脾胃论治干燥综合征的临床经验和学术思想。认为干燥综合征的关键病机是肝郁脾虚,发病部位在肝脾,属虚实夹杂证,临证强调运用疏肝健脾法为基本治法,使肝气畅达,疏泄正常,气行血行,则瘀血渐除,气机布散津液于全身;脾胃健运,气血津液化生有源,痰饮水湿自化,则清窍腠理得以濡润。辅以清热润燥、养血生津、活血祛瘀,标本同治,可获良效。并结合案例,介绍了疏肝健脾法治疗干燥综合征的应用,以期为临床诊疗提供参考。
This article introduced the clinical experience and academic thought of Chief physician WANG Longde in treating Sj gren's syndrome from spleen and stomach by the method of soothing liver and strengthening spleen.It is believed that the key pathogenesis of Sj gren's syndrome is stagnation of liver Qi and deficiency of spleen,which occurs in liver and spleen and is a mixture of deficiency and excess.The clinical practice emphasizes the use of the method of soothing liver and strengthening spleen as the basic treatment method,ensuring smooth flow of liver Qi,normal soothing and dredging and the normal circulation of Qi and blood.As a result,blood stasis gradually disappears,and Qi movement disperses body fluids throughout the body.Spleen and stomach are healthy,Qi,blood and body fluid are liquefied to generate active energy,and phlegm,water and dampness are self absorbed,which helps to clear the orifices and moisten the meridians.Assisted by clearing heat and moistening dryness,nourishing blood and generating fluids,promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis,treating both symptoms and symptoms can achieve good results.And combined with cases,the application of the method of soothing liver and strengthening spleen in the treatment of Sj ogren's syndrome was introduced,in order to provide reference for clinical diagnosis and treatment.
