摘要：骨关节炎是临床常见的一类慢性骨关节疾病,双膝为最易累及的部位。膝骨性关节炎近年来成为老年人功能障碍、生活质量下降的主要原因,耗资巨大,尚缺乏安全有效的疗法。针刀疗法是将传统医学的针与现代医学的刀结合起来的疗法,无论其单用还是结合其他疗法治疗膝骨性关节炎均取得了良好疗效。从调整生物力学、抑制炎症因子的释放、抑制软骨细胞凋亡、调节镇痛性神经递质的产生与传导等方面对针刀治疗膝骨性关节炎的机理进行综述。
Osteoarthritis（osteoarthritis,OA）is a common kind of chronic joint disease,the part of the knees for OA involving the most easily.Knee osteoarthritis（knee osteoarthritis,KOA）in recent years become a dysfunction in the elderly and the main reason for the lower quality of life,become the important subject of preventive care,Spending a lot of money,and there is no safe and effective therapy.Needle knife therapy is to learn the traditional needle knife combined with modern medicine therapy,alone or combined with other therapy to treat KOA has obtained the good curative effect.The author is aim to discuss the effect and mechanisms of needle-knife on knee osteoarthritis in recent years,from adjustment of biomechanics,inhibit the release of inflammatory factors,inhibit chondrocytes apoptosis,adjust the analgesia neurotransmitters paper generation and transmission,etc.
