摘要：“反激逆从”是指针对某些复杂病证,常法治疗无效的情况下,通过采用性味、功效或作用趋势相反的药物配伍,从而增加疗效或产生新的功效的一种配伍方法。张璐撰《千金方衍义》,总结孙思邈制方具有“反、激、逆、从”的特色,并将其实践于临床,确有出奇制胜之妙。文章从“反激逆从”的角度,总结了张璐制方遵循寒热并施、敛散同用、鼓动邪气、补泻互寓、相反相激等制方增效法则,并对其所录“药对解法”进行探讨,为临床用于激发药性、增加疗效以及减轻不良反应奠定了一定的理论基础。
‘Therapy for irrtation or constraint'refers to a compatibility method that increases the efficacy or produces new efficacy through the use of drugs with opposite nature,taste,efficacy or trend of action when some complex diseases and syndromes are not effectively treated by conventional methods.ZHANG Lu wrote Evolution of a Thousand Golden Prescription,which summarized the characteristics of SUN Simiao's prescription,which is'reverse,stimulation,reversal,and obedience',and put it into clinical practice,which indeed had a miraculous winning effect.From the perspective of'therapy for irrtation or constraint',the article summarized the compatibility methods of ZHANG Lu's prescription,such as applying cold and heat simultaneously,using astringent and dispersing simultaneously,encouraging evil qi,reinforcing and reducing each other,and stimulating each other in the opposite direction,and discussed the recorded'drug pair solution',which laida theoretical foundation for clinical stimulation of drug properties,increasing efficacy,and reducing toxic and side effects.
