摘要：本文基于数据挖掘,分析中药治疗干眼的用药规律与组方特点。采用中国知网、万方和维普数据库检索有关中药内服制剂防治干眼的临床研究类文献。将符合纳入条件的方剂进行规范化处理并统计用药频次,使用SPSS系列软件进行高频药物的关联规则分子、聚类分析及因子分析。最终提取到305首复方,共计中药172味,以补虚、清热药为主,枸杞子、菊花、麦冬、生地黄、甘草、熟地黄、白芍、当归、茯苓和牡丹皮是前十位中药。关联规则分析显示菊花-枸杞子是支持度最高的药物组合。结论表明,养阴生津、清热润燥是干眼的基本治法。
The clinical research literatures on the prevention and treatment of dry eye disease with traditional Chinese medicine orally were searched from CNKI,Wanfang and VIP databases.The prescriptions that met the inclusion criteria were standardized processing and the frequency of medication was counted.SPSS series software was used for association rule molecule,cluster analysis and factor analysis of high-frequency drugs.The results showed that there were 305 prescriptions and 172 herbs in total,the drug efficacy is mainly to tonify deficiency and clear heat.The top ten herbs included Fructus Lycii,Chrysanthemi Flos,Ophiopogonis Radix,Rehmannia Glutinosa,Radix Glycyrrhizae,Radix Rehmanniae,Radix Paeoniae Alba,Radix Angelicae Sinensis,Poria cocos and Cortex Moutan.Association rule analysis showed that the Chrysanthemi Flos-Lycii Fructus was the most core drug pair.Nourishing yin and generating fluid,clearing away heat and moistening dryness are the basic treatment methods for dry eye disease.Qiju Dihuang Pills is the core prescription,and chrysanthemum-wolfberry fruit is the drug combination with the highest co-occurrence frequency,which can provide a reference for clinical prescription medication.
