摘要：激素耐药型肾病综合征(Steroid-Resistant Nephrotic Syndrome,SRNS)有对激素治疗不敏感的特性,且此病并发症多,现代医学常规使用的药物也有很大的不良反应,严重影响患儿的生命健康。大量的相关研究证实,中西医结合方案在提升治疗效果,减少并发症以及减轻药物不良反应方面有很大优势。马鸿斌主任医师认为激素耐药型肾病综合征的主要病机为脾肾亏虚、瘀毒损伤肾络。文章以此为主线探讨补脾益肾,化瘀祛邪法治疗激素耐药型肾病综合征的机制,旨在探求对该病具有确切疗效的治疗方法。
One of the characteristics of steroid-resistant nephrotic syndrome is not sensitive to hormone therapy.In addition,there are many complications from the disease,and routine medicines of modern medicine on the disease also show a lot of adverse reactions,which seriously affect children’s life and health.A large number of related studies have confirmed that the integrative medicine shows great advantages in improving clinical effects,reducing complications and adverse reactions.Chief Physician MA Hongbin believes that the main pathogenesis of SRNS is spleen-kidney deficiency and stasis-toxicity damaged collaterals.In this paper,the action mechanism of treating SRNS by the method of tonifying spleen-kidney,removing blood stasis and pathogenic factor was investigated,to explore the better therapy for SRNS.
