摘要：芪苓健脾颗粒治疗原发性肾病综合征疗效显著,临床常用方。该方为甘肃中医药大学附属医院肾病科马鸿斌教授集数十载临床经验而成,具有显著改善临床症状,减轻水肿,降低尿蛋白,改善高凝、微炎症状态,减轻激素副作用。笔者通过整合相关文献,阐明其组方配伍特点与药理作用,揭示芪苓健脾颗粒治疗原发性肾病综合征的作用机制。
The Qiling Jianpi granule（ 芪苓健脾颗粒） on nephrotic syndrome shows a significant effect, is a common method in clinic. The prescription was made of Professor Ma Hongbin by collecting decades of clinical experience. The prescription can significantly improve clinical symptoms, reduce edema, decrease urinary protein, improve the state of coagulation and micro-inflammation, and reduce hormonal side effects. The related literatures were integrated; the compatibility characteristics of prescriptions and pharmacological action were clarified, and the mechanism of treating nephrotic syndrome with the Qiling Jianpi granule was revealed.
