摘要:为了研究叶面喷施微量元素及赤霉素对甘草种子繁育效率的影响,采用正交试验设计方法,始花期对甘草品种甘育1号叶面喷施不同浓度硼、锰、锌及赤霉素,测定种子产量、结实率和发芽率。结果表明,不同浓度微量元素及赤霉素对甘草产量、结实率和发芽率均有不同程度的影响,对甘草种子繁育产量和发芽率影响顺序为:RC>RA>RD>RB,结实率影响顺序为:RA>RC>RD>RB。综合比较,甘草种子繁育田喷施微量元素及赤霉素最佳配比为:硼元素1.2 kg/hm^(2),锰元素3.0 kg/hm^(2),锌元素3.4 kg/hm^(2),赤霉素0.3 kg/hm^(2)。
In order to study the effect of foliar spraying of trace elements and gibberllin on the breeding efficiency of Glycyrrhiza uralensis seeds,an orthogonal experimental design method was adopted.At the beginning of flowering,different concentrations of boron,manganese,zinc and gibberellin were sprayed on the Glycyrrhiza uralensis variety Ganyu No.1 to determine the seed yield,seed setting rate and germination rate.The results showed that different concentrations of trace elements and gibberllin had varying degrees of influence on the yield,seed setting rate and germination rate of Glycyrrhiza uralensis.The order of influence on Glycyrrhiza uralensis seed breeding yield and germination rate was:RC>RA>RD>RB,and the order of influence on seed setting rate was:RA>RC>RD>RB.After comprehensive comparison,the optimal combination of trace elements and gibberllin spraying for Glycyrrhiza uralensis seed breeding fields was:boron element 1.2 kg/hm^(2),manganese element 3.0 kg/hm^(2),zinc element 3.4 kg/hm^(2) and gibberellin 0.3 kg/hm^(2).
