摘要：疼痛是最常见的主诉症状之一,严重影响患者的运动功能和情绪。如何有效缓解及治愈疼痛是医学领域研究的热点和难点。延胡索是一味止痛良药,现代医学对其有效成分进行了深入研究,显示在治疗神经系统、循环系统、消化系统、内分泌系统疾病方面疗效较好。本文对延胡索化学成分及镇痛作用机制进行综述,以期为延胡索临床应用提供依据。
Pain is one of the most common complaints of multiple systemic patients,seriously affecting the motor function and mood of patients.How to effectively relieve and cure the pain is a research hotspot and difficulty in many medical disciplines.Corydalis Rhizoma is an effective painkiller.Modern medicine has conducted in-depth research on its active components,and found that its active components have good efficacy in treating diseases of nervous system,circulatory system,digestive system,and endocrine system.This article focused on a review of the chemical components of Corydalis Rhizoma and its analgesic mechanism,with a view to providing basis for clinical application of Corydalis Rhizoma.
