摘要：汪龙德主任医师,师从国医大师周信有教授,在近三十年的临床、教学及科研工作中,对于胃痞病的诊疗有独到的认识及丰富的学术经验,重视脾失运化、气机升降失调、湿邪困厄中焦在胃痞病发生发展中的重要地位,强调健脾、运脾、醒脾,突出健脾燥湿、舒肝和胃、消食导滞、行气消痞及调和寒热等治则治法的运用,遣方用药常以平胃散作为基础方进行加减化裁。文章主要介绍汪主任以健脾燥湿行气消痞法治疗胃痞病的经验。
Chief Physician WANG Longde,is a student of Professor ZHOU Xinyou,a TCM master,has a unique understanding and rich experience in the diagnosis and treatment of stomach flatulence during nearly 30 years of clinical,teaching and research work.Abnormal function of the spleen,imbalance of Qi movement(气机升降),and dampness obstuction in middle energizer play an important role in the occurrence and development of stomach flatulence.The therapies of invigorating the spleen,mobilizing the spleen,and waking up the spleen were emphasized by Chief Physician WANG Longde.The application of therapies such as invigorating the spleen for dryness,soothing the liver and stomach,dissipating food and removing stagnation,promoting Qi(气)and eliminating lump,and reconciling cold and heat was highlighted.Pingwei San(平胃散)is often used as the basic prescription by Director WANG Longde in clinic.In this article,Director WANG’s Longde experience in treating stomach flatulence by the therapy of invigorating the spleen for dryness,promoting Qi and eliminating lump was mainly introduced.
