摘要:合成了低聚壳聚糖与稀土离子Sm(Ⅲ)的配合物(CS-Sm),采用体外抑菌法研究了壳聚糖、CS-Sm对大肠杆菌(E.coli)、金黄色葡萄球菌(St.aureus)和黑曲霉(A.niger)的抑制活性。采用紫外光谱法研究了CS-Sm与小牛胸腺DNA(ct-DNA)的相互作用。结果表明:壳聚糖钐配合物对E.coli、St.aureus和A.niger的抑菌性能比单一的低聚壳聚糖显著提高,且CS-Sm与DNA以静电作用为主,能使DNA双螺旋结构破坏。
The complex of chitosan with Sm(Ⅲ) was synthesized,and its antibacterial activities against E.coli,St.aureus and A.niger were investigated in vitro.Moreover,the interaction of chitosan-Sm complex with calf thymus DNA was studied via UV spectroscopy.The results showed that the antibacterial activity of chitosan-Sm complex was obviously enhanced comparing to chitosan,and the complete damage of the double helix structure of calf thymus DNA is mainly due to the electrostatic interaction.
