摘要:目的通过动物实验,观察利咽止咳喷雾剂的止咳祛痰及抗免疫作用。方法KM种小鼠及SD大鼠,雌雄各半,随机分为空白对照组,阳性组,供试品低、中、高剂量组;连续给药7天,观察利咽止咳喷雾剂对小鼠的咳嗽次数,咳嗽潜伏期,器官酚红排泄量,及对大鼠胸腺指数和脾脏指数的影响。结果与模型组比较,给药组和空白对照组小鼠的咳嗽次数无显著型差异(P>0.05),咳嗽潜伏期上调(P<0.05或P<0.01),供试品低、中剂量组及阳性组大鼠胸腺指数显著上调(P<0.01);与空白对照组比较,供试品低、中、高剂量组及阳性组小鼠器官酚红排泄量均显著增加(P<0.01)。结论利咽止咳喷雾剂可显著延长动物止咳潜伏期,增大器官酚红排泄量,对动物的免疫功能具有一定的改善作用。
OBJECTIVE Through animals experiments,The antitussive and expectorant effects of LiYan ZhiKe spray was observed.METHODS KM mice and SD rats,half male and half female,randomly divided into blank control group,positive group,subjects low,medium and high dose groups;The drug was administered continuously for 7 days,the effects of LiYan ZhiKe spray on cough times,cough latency,organ phenol red excretion,and thymus and spleen index of rats were detected.RESULTS Compare with model group,there was no significant difference in the number of coughs between the administration group and the blank control group(P>0.05),but there were increased cough latency(P<0.05 or P<0.01).There was significant difference in thymus index between low dose group,medium dose group and positive group(P<0.01).Compared with blank control group,organ phenol red excretion in low,medium and high dose groups and positive group was increased(P<0.01).CONCLUSION LiYan ZhiKe spray can significantly prolong the cough latency in animals,increas organ phenol red excretion.It can improve the immune function of rats.
