摘要:以甘肃中医药大学药学院为例,针对高校药学类专业学生就业中存在的突出问题,立足二级院部优势,以精准指导与精准服务为切入点,找准问题,制定方案,理顺机制,依据学生求职意向、个性特点、择业观的不同,对学生进行分类的精准就业指导;通过校企合作创办企业冠名班、举办校企交流会、回访毕业生等方式,为学生提供精准就业服务,强调求职意愿与学生自身能力的匹配性。研究结果表明,精准的指导与服务能充分调动学生的求职能动性,大力促进学生充分就业。
Taking school of pharmacy of Gansu University of Chinese medicine as an example,aiming at the prominent problems existing in the employment of students of pharmacy speciality in colleges and universities,based on the advantages of secondary colleges and departments,taking accurate guidance and service as the starting point,identify problems,formulate plans,adjust the system of organization,and provide classified accurate employment guidance to students according to their different job search intentions,personal characteristics and career outlook;To establish enterprise naming classes through university enterprise cooperation,to hold university enterprise exchange meetings,and to return visits to graduates and other ways,this paper aims to provides students with accurate employment services,and emphasize the matching between job search intentions and students’ own ability. The results showed that accurate guidance and service could fully mobilize students’ job search initiative and vigorously promote their full employment.
