摘要:运用文献资料法,通过流行病学、病理学和动物实验等相关研究,综述大气PM_(2.5)对户外健身人群组织器官损害的分子生物学机制和病理生理学基础,以及人体在户外进行体育运动更易受PM_(2.5)引发健康风险的因素。研究结果表明,PM_(2.5)导致的炎性损伤、氧化应激和免疫反应等,是引发户外体育运动人群人体损伤的重要分子生物学机制。户外运动时人体呼吸频率的增强、呼吸方式的改变等能使PM_(2.5)对该人群的呼吸系统、心血管系统、神经系统和免疫系统等造成更大伤害。
To use the method of literature,the molecular biological mechanisms and pathophysiological foundations of atmospheric PM2.5 in the tissues of outdoor fitness groups were reviewed through epidemiological,pathologic and animal experiments,physical activity in the outdoors were more likely to be caused by the health risks associated with PM2.5. The results showed that the inflammatory damage,oxidative stress and immune response caused by PM2.5 were important molecular biological mechanisms that caused the human body injury in outdoor sports. Outdoor sports injury enhance human respiratory frequency,changes of breathing patterns could make PM2.5 on the respiratory system,cardiovascular system,nervous system and immune system more damage.
